Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Holo Foundry is committed to making holofoundry.io accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, assistive technology, or browsing context. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

We recognise that accessibility is not a one-time task but an ongoing commitment. This statement sets out our current position, known limitations, and our plans for improvement.

Status: We are actively working towards WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. A formal audit is planned for Q3 2026 (see Section 5).

2. Technical specification

holofoundry.io relies on the following technologies for conformance:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript

We test compatibility with the following assistive technologies and browsing environments:

• Screen readers: NVDA with Firefox (Windows), VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS)
• Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse)
• Browser zoom up to 400% without loss of content or functionality
• Windows High Contrast mode

Note: This list reflects our intended test scope. If you use an assistive technology not listed here and experience a barrier, please contact us. Your feedback will directly inform our testing programme.

3. Compliance status

We have conducted an internal review of holofoundry.io against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. A formal third-party audit has not yet been completed. Based on our internal review, we believe the site to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA.

"Partially conformant" means that some content does not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Known issues are documented in Section 4.

4. Known limitations

The following known limitations have been identified through our internal review. We are working to address each one within the timescales stated in Section 5.

Note: If you encounter any issue not listed here, please report it using the contact details in Section 6. We treat all accessibility reports as high priority.

7. Enforcement

Holo Foundry is a private sector organisation and is not subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. This statement is published voluntarily as a demonstration of our commitment to inclusive design.

8. Review and updates

This accessibility statement will be reviewed and updated:

• Annually, as a minimum
• Following any significant change to the website's design, structure, or technology stack
• Following completion of the planned formal audit (Q3 2025)
• When a new accessibility issue is identified and confirmed
